Wandering Jew plant is easy to take care of. It is easily adaptive to most enviroments. This plant does not need any special care. Its trailing roots will dangle over. Its stems can be cut and placed in a cup of water where new roots are produced overnight. Wandering jew plant is very easy to transplant.
When transplanting in the garden, the soil must be prepared in a shady spot to a depth of 6 inches. Chunky compost needs to be mixed with the soil. Rake the area until its smooth and level. Take the cuttings that formed roots and stick into the roots. Spacing is not important because thez will eventuallz grow together. Water the cuttings couple times a week and keep them moist at all times for better growth. Wandering jew grows quickly, so in order to keep it under control, stems should be cut regularly.

Transplanting the Wandering jew in a container is almost the same. After the plant is placed in the soil, it should be watered slowly until the water drains from the bottom of the container. Transplanting this plant is very easy. Its a low maintance plant that grows and spreads quickly and the best of all is that it gives beautiful pink or purple blossoms.

Mexico is a country with a variety of landscapes. It has a huge number of plants that are well
known through the world. The most popular Mexican native plant is Wandering Jew. This
plant has unique characteristics. It’s easily taken care of and is low maintance. Wandering jew
can be planted in containers, outdoors in gardens as individual plants or as a groundcover. It
also makes excellent plant for tall plants or smaller trees. Wandering jew spreads quickly and
adapts easily. It’s considered as invasive species in some regions because of its quick growth.
Wandering jew produces pink, purple or white flowers that come in clusters.

Another popular Mexican native plant is Agave. Agave plants are perennials and is made of
about 208 species. Agave is much similar in appearance to cacti and aloe plants. Agave parts
are edible such as the flowers, the leaves, the stalks and the sap which is honey water. Each Agave plant produces several pounds of edible flowers during its final season. Some well
known Agave species are Agave americana, Agave angustifolia, Agave deserti, and Agave
palmeri. An interesting fact about Agave plant is that Tequila can be made from the Blue
Agave. It’s primarily made in the area around the city of Tequila. The first Tequila from the
Blue Agave was made in the 16th century near a city of Tequila, when Spanish settlers ran out
of their own brandy, they began to distill agave.
